Q What is the difference between the processing time and the delivery time?

The processing time is the time from when you place your order to when that order leaves our fulfillment center. Delivery time, on the other hand, is the time from when the product leaves our centers to when it gets to your door. Most of our orders are processed on the same day.

Q Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. To track the status of your online order, go to the global tracking reference and enter the tracking ID you received with the shipping confirmation. Keep in mind that if you do not see any tracking info within the first 48 hours of shipping, there is no reason to worry – it could take that long for the carrier to register the package. 

Q How soon will I get my order?

Depending on your location and shipping type you can receive the order within 1-2 week. EMS (available to US, UK and AU) will take 4-7 business days and regular shipping will take 7-12 business days to arrive. 

Q How do you determine the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on the size of products, shipping method selected and the delivery address. You will see the cost of shipping in the cart. From a certain order amount you may even qualify for free shipping, or free EMS shipping.

Q How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We send you an email notification which includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment on our website. For any additional question, please feel free to contact us. 

Q What should I do when my shipping address changes?

Contact us immediately and inform us of your new address. Just let us know well in advance and we will ensure that your order gets to you on time. 

Q How do I pay for my order?

We offer multiple payment options. You can pay with your credit card, money order, Bitcoin or check. Calmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. 

Q How will you ship medication that requires refrigeration?

We cannot ship items that need refrigeration, as we cannot guarantee the correct temperature needed while in transit.

Q What is your return policy?

Most of the products from Calmacy can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. The package must be accompanied by original receipts which include shipment. We offer 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with our products, you can return the unused portions and we will refund the full amount which includes shipping. If you wish to return an item, contact us and we will guide you on how to complete the process. 

Q How do I track my return?
AYou can track your return through your account on Calmacy. You may be required to provide your order number.
Q What happens if I lost my receipt?

Start by checking the product page for details on product return. A return with no receipt may be refunded as a gift cad or store credit. Contact us first if you misplaced your receipt. 

Q What happens if the delivered product is damaged?

If the delivered product is damaged, we will give you an exchange or replace it, once photographs of all damaged items, with the envelope, have been received. We will replace the product at no added charge. Contact us directly to initiate the process. 

Q Can I return a prescription?

We do not accept the return of prescription products for resale or reuse. However, if the prescription you received has an error in filling, give us a call with the details of the error. We will then request a special authorization for you to return the prescription.
